Something Magical is Taking Shape- and it all started with a star!

It is with immense joy and excitement that we share the news that Natale Builders’ Charitable Committee has chosen John R. Oishei Children’s Hospital’s Family Support Services as our primary focus for raising awareness and funds in 2025. We are deeply honored to support this incredible institution, and our mission is to bring greater attention to its vital work while raising much-needed funds and donations. To make this vision a reality, we partnered with the talented New Jersey-based artist, Joe Iurato and local artist, Nicole Cherry. 20 LOCAL ARTISTS also participated!

What makes this project particularly meaningful is the involvement of the children at Oishei Children’s Hospital. These young patients created their own “star” artwork, which was incorporated into the murals, making it a one-of-a-kind piece that reflects the creativity and resilience of these amazing kids. The event was filled with joy and creativity, featuring food trucks, music, and art exhibits—all while raising our goal of over $50,000 for Oishei Children’s Hospital’s Family Support Services.

Natale Neighborhoods offer a series of pre-selected home plans. In addition to the included features of each home, we offer additional investment opportunities and finish levels that determine the overall aesthetic of the home, with availability varying by neighborhood. Everything from cabinet placement to the style of flooring, countertops, and lighting fixtures utilized throughout the home is determined by the included features and chosen investment opportunities at the beginning of your sales process in order to avoid any surprises throughout the build.
